I solved this dependency compiling heartbeat 2.0.5 and then looking for
python-gtk on rpmfind.net:
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=python-gtk&submit=Search+.
..
I was working with SLES 9. I hope this works for you.
