[Linux-HA] 2.0.6 building from source, missing dependancy python-gtk

I'm attempting to build x86_64 RPMs from 2.0.6-1.src.rpm, and while an 
'rpmbuild --rebuild' now finishes cleanly, when i go to 'rpm -ihv' the 
resulting RPMs on Centos 4.3 machines, that fails with

    error: Failed dependencies:
         python-gtk is needed by heartbeat-2.0.6-1.x86_64

and i'm not finding that .rpm or a .src.rpm.  I googled-up a possible 
reference to this here:

but i don't follow what's going on in that conversation or the context.


Suggestions?  Solutions?
