>From memory --enable-bundled-ltdl gets turned on if
you don't have ltld installed, so on your system
with or without should be the same.

Thanks, I'm scratching my head on how this can be resolved
more satisfactioraly while keeping the ltdl speedup
which this feature affords to some.
