[Linux-HA] keep cib.xml in sync

hello,

Is it a good idea to keep the cib.xml in sync with something like rsync or
an other sync tool? because the status is part is different...
maybe a good admin tool would be something that replicates the
ha.cf<http://ha.cf>and
cib.xml to the other nodes?

How can I load the new cib.xml file in heartbeat without restarting
heartbeat?
