[Linux-HA] Problems building 2.0.2 on FreeBSD 5.4

The problem here is that your 'make' command substitutes the "$<"
macro in the line

$(POD2MAN) --section=8 $< > $@

with nothing, so that pod2man keeps waiting for input from stdin.

Could you please see if the attached patch fixs this problem?

Does your 'rm' command support "-r" option?
