this basically boils down to a permission problem:
cib[7564]: 2005/09/27_16:25:02 ERROR: Cannot write to
/var/lib/heartbeat/crm/cib.xml: Permission denied
the hacluster user needs to exist and be able to write to that location.
granted however, the recovery seems to be sub-optimal
