[Linux-HA] Heartbeat strange behaviour

smb and nfs are the resource scripts that my system (Fedora Core 3)
has in the /etc/rc.d/init.d directory.
I know that they should return successfully if they
were called. But, is the expected functionality
the fact that heartbeat is trying to stop resources
that can't be running ?
