[Linux-HA] is there any roadmap for heartbeat 2?

This link. I thought, this is the document, where the roadmap for heartbeat 
2 is described.
I found this link here:

But i dont know if this was the roadmap for heartbeat 2..
Is there a roadmap somewhere else?
