You mean, like if the machine had already crashed?   ;-)

Then, it would keep repeating again and again, until it came up again. 
Once it came back up, it would work, and crash the machine again ;-)

But, then it would be happy ;-)

Bureaucracy can be a powerful impediment.  And, some institutions aren't 
for-profit (like Alain's).
