[Linux-HA] stop heartbeat on remote node

Isnt that already available in the standard distribution? And besides
that, ipfails watches an external ip address instead detecting if a
local interface went down. Thats a big difference.

So, is there any way to detect an (ethernet) interface failure
and then trigger the HA to another box?
