Updates to the Linux-HA web site

I've made a few updates to the Linux-HA web site.  They include these:
	1) It now uses the Linux-HA logo
	2) it now says my heartbeat software is released
	2) a few bad (intra-site) links were fixed
	3) The Erlang link now points to the open source version
	4) The Solaris based HA project I alluded to is now described
	5) There is now a reference to Stephen Tweedie's HA project

Thanks for the feedback.  I hope to be a little more timely in my updates
in the future.

I put up some of the text Stephen had put out to the list on his project in
lieu of a web site or better description.  I'd be happy to replace or update
it with better information on request.
