I've read it twice now. Keep in mind that I'm a novice at HA but I
thought it to be good way of manually redirecting a network service(s)
from one machine to another. The author notes that a script could be
written to automate the process.
While Gowatch's method does not appear to be as sophisticated a
mechanism as are those discussed in this group it should be effective
and useful one. I intend to build a two-node, test-bed system based
on this aritcle to learn more about HA (note that the article discussesa
four-node one).
