[Linux-ha-dev] An OCF RA for syslog-ng

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner as a JBoss RA.
I took over mori-san and takenaka-san's work.

I revised a syslog-ng RA referring to your comments.
The modification and my comments is written in the attached RA.
