Hi Rafal,

I have no idea why I delayed 1.5 years (!) in responding to this email.  It 
just got lost somewhere in my brain and Inbox I guess.

If you can do option (1) alone (the disclaimer letter) we can do everything 
except test it.  If you still have access to this device, then let us know
